Tomorrow on 24 hits newsstands Stripping to Google
It is a personal view of a multinational we all know.
Google is a company that makes products, and sometimes are gorgeous, like Gmail, Google Maps, Analytics, or the same Google.com, but in turn is a company on which there is suspicion of monopoly and abuse of dominant power, practices aggressive competition, or lack of respect for local laws and copyright. it is a company that in my opinion has lost the essence of what was originally, and the hand of Larry Page is now trying to reconnect.
In this book I explain my position and I review my vision of the company.
I am aware that on Google everyone has an opinion more or less formed, and I understand that there may be many people who do not share mine, intended as a critical view, which highlights the lights, but also the shadows and some of the disturbing practices sometimes unknown of a multinational that has managed in a short space of time become the clear benchmark of the technological world. In this book I worked in 2011 and is already pre-purchased from Amazon or from the FNAC and published by Deusto, goes on sale on paper, ebook, to kindle and audiobook.
Here you have the video trailer for the book, which will be officially unveiled at a big party on Thursday, February 2, at 21.30 at Pacha Madrid

Hello Alejandro, everything and I agree in everything you say about Google and if I think you owe us money should pay it, I think it's pure demagoguery, as in the title of an article in the Vanguard say that Google should 300 million , i read more then if we see that not only is Google, in this article talk about Facebook ...
If this is a common practice for foreign companies, and also have data from more than one company can not say that Google is "demonic."
Believe that a company does not put profits ahead is to be gullible. What you need to do is fix the country and that the law does not allow such practices.
I very much like you to focus on Google, but better would be to say that "foreign multinationals to not divert profits tax in Spain, Google's case." So google does not seem to be worse than others who do the same.
Personally I think facebook has more segmentation data for advertising, to be the real "Big Brother", but let me know because it's worth so much money a company that does not offer any service or "real".
Thanks
Alexander, I'm glad someone with your history in Internet entrepreneur understands that some things can not be tolerated because in the end, as you say, end up being mere spoils that only benefits a few.
As I think you're wrong is to expect a legislator (meaning deputy or senator) will finally understand any of this. You should know that any idiot can sit today in one of those armchairs. And that stupidity increases in proportion to the seating comfort.
I'll look when I can.
A greeting.
Congratulations on the book, I'm liking it a lot. As a professional environment in terms of what I saw did not hesitate to buy it.
Also congratulations on the cover, as Star Wars fan I loved it.
Greetings and a very successful book, it deserves
