From unemployed to entrepreneur
This text is a public forum for the reason of Mexico and can be read in pdf here
Maybe it's time to turn unemployed entrepreneurs. It is time to help those unemployed to take to transform a party entrepreneurs, potential entrepreneurs in the coming years to create value and provide jobs to others. Reversing this situation is critical, not just to change the current drama of millions of families, but to place ourselves in an environment of sustainable growth in the future. The key objective of any government should be born in the 70s and especially women.
Individuals between 30 and 40 years, with initiative and drive, they are the seeds of the revolution of production model and for that you need positive messages, incentives and encouragement in this direction, it is time to leapfrog, to assume risks and have incentives to do so. Undertake not easy and the younger generations have a handicap added:
The lack of clear references in previous generations, mirrors that look, personal success to want to emulate. We talked about giving back to what is becoming known as "generation loss", a generation where the lack of entrepreneurs will be a burden for society in the near future. That this "generation loss" is such a key in this business cycle and is imperative for management to encourage them, train them and push them to jump. There is no better recipe against crisis.

It's time to be decided. In no hesitation. Looking out the window and although there is no network, be aware that it is time to jump. With a global crisis that affects us all and causes unemployment is an ever-growing scourge and a real tragedy for the families, keep these families by the state is becoming a huge handicap in the economic balance of any country.
This should be obvious, unfortunately it is not. In the nearby case of Spain, according to Doing Business 2010 report compiled by the World Bank and measures the ease of doing business in 168 countries, my country is at number 62 world ranking, being the most backward developed nation last year. The World Bank discussed in this indicator four key points (ease of starting a business, hiring, protecting investors and paying taxes) and put my country with the ability to conduct business behind countries like Botswana, Armenia, Samoa and Mongolia. As it could be otherwise in the Top 10 world ranking of this are countries like the United States, United Kingdom, Denmark, Ireland, Canada, Australia and Norway.
This is where we need to position ourselves and it is the duty of government to stimulate the "generation loss" and transform the drama of the high number of unemployed in an opportunity for that hope for change.
