The word stress is a universal word full of values in itself. On the effort there are several positions, equally respectable though not agree with all of them. "Give it all" is important for two reasons. The first is a matter of self and motivation. If there is a personal effort, if it fills me what I do and I find it simple, soft and reached limit targets to meet, I have no motivation and delegate this task. If there is no challenge there is an objective. If I have any quality that can make a difference to anyone, the only way I can do is work hard every day. The effort is the way to overcome human foibles.

For example, when I look in the mirror I see that I am not - hardly-Usain Bolt, a guy who comes out to run and win without moving a hair. Moreover, generally, I always see someone around who do I think so. In this case, as there is always someone who seems to have been born for the purpose that I seek, the only way to overcome or at least trying to reach is the effort level. Work harder than him, knowing that you might not get it yet. We spent a few years when everything was too cheap, even access to jobs and money. People with limited salaries acquired homes far from their ability to borrow, now you must pay and that's going to have that effort. Also if you were going for a job, a few weeks were in another.

Strive worthless, even it was something stupid. If anything good has the current situation we live in, you might at least becomes fashionable again, the culture of effort. Every victory has more than one face: the mirror that projects on the author and the recognition of our family, our company, society ... ultimately, our environment, a place which recognizes that success comes from innovative and original actions and what really matters, in some ways we are helping our environment also succeed. We're all related in varying degrees and that is what allows progress on a whole country.

The personal and social projection "that victory" is what will allow us to return to the culture of effort to inculcate among young people from taking his first steps as a lesson in ethics. Young people know and want to hear, for the first time in a long time, way out of this crisis that each day becomes more profound.
