Overcome
It's another of my 20 words, of the 20 I wanted to reflect this season begins. Frankly, I do not know if many people read these brief notes somewhat abstract and conceptual, it does not matter.
Sometimes I've written for the other post, and I have tried to be, within my limitations, informative. These post, another one of those 20 words, do not write for others, for the first time I write for myself, is a one-man dialogue and many might think that sterile, in order to attempt to reflect on ideas and concepts. I found him away from the noise and relaxes me.
I think I bring, and whether someone else is willing to share it, great: welcome to the club.
The improvement is vital to break the boundaries which are, objectively predefined for you. I think there are few things more beautiful to do that. Maybe that's why overcoming conceptually is misused, it is very difficult to see any action for personal. If I look back, I can not find a single fact in my life where I have broken that barrier. I think there are moments that gave the maximum, I approached that objectively could have done more or less well, but frankly do not remember a frame of my life only to be framed in the setting that has not been possible "that little bit further "that makes the difference.
Overcome is to be like Derek Redmond. You have worked and focused on something, whatever, over a lifetime, work hard years and that time even though everything is falling, but something happens, des-length. That something is the key motivation that makes you improve yourself and makes you go down in history.
Derek Redmond was a British athlete, an athlete more. 4 years working hard to give the C's in 45 seconds, which would run in the Barcelona Olympics in 1992. Focus your life and your career as an athlete in this case, in 45 seconds and is in itself a generous effort and enormous risk. The unexpected, misfortune, possibly caused by the tension of the moment, that Derek did find that it was much more than an athlete.
Halfway through the race Derek hurt his hamstring, collapsing and feeling a huge pain. The world was coming, years working for this moment and in between, the greatest of misfortunes, but knew suffering and overcoming pain with the help of her father who jumped from the public, even on one leg, with pain , and already running another race differently, minutes after he crossed the line amid the standing ovation on his feet. Not if he won or lost, who cares?. Him overcome the obstacle, overcoming frustration, overcome pain, find the motivation and recreate it. But possibly he was not aware at the time, Derek Redmond if he won that race, and even now, 17 years later is still remembered.
When you need that bit of extra motivation and needs so that they can be overcome, watch this video and feel a little like Derek can help.

The improvement for me is the next step when you focus on your goals. When I see a clear goal, such as "arrange more meetings with potential clients" I can beat to be better and convince rather than 3, do it with 15.
But without a clear objective is impossible to overcome because it has no references.
Another thing that worries me is the paralysis of target. This means that you are so focused on a goal that this becomes an obsession and you end up losing perspective in the other important things.
A greeting.
Thanks for sharing, I have done very well, a greeting.

We strive very, very insopechables heretofore, but the ladder of improvement, very few pass. Last year I finished my first marathon, 6 months earlier, just ran 25 minutes straight. If you saw a photo of the entrance and knee, cinch for the patellar tendon, ankle, I pity. I thought I had passed, watching video of Derek Redmond, I realize that I was the best, very close, but from there to overcome half a step.
Thanks for sharing your experiences with others.
Brother, can you say you wrote for? For that lesson you have given us pride, for this beautiful and rich history is shared in this way only when we have affection and desire to do good in our hearts. Congratulations for your blog, and for this wonderful entry with your permission and it diffuses into Twitter. Greetings my good Venezuelan Alejandro.
