They are bastards
Yes, you are bastards with all the letters, but are "our bastards". I mean a lot of Spanish banks.
The last 6 years have been earned money to baskets and now that times are lean, not only losses but do not assume that we help each other, and the worst is that it must be so, no choice and we must avoid greater evil.
No one better than Rodrigo Rato to define in one sentence: "They've socialized the losses, but nobody socialized before profits."
I have never wanted to buy shares of any bank, and now, Article 33 I will become like you who read me in shareholder and guarantor of some of them with my taxes. This surreal situation we owe to a Ministry of Economy to drift and a banking system where they always win them. The company generates these profits, either directly or indirectly. The business today is to stop killing to work and set up a bank, working with others' money, and if all goes well, fabulous we are a "private enterprise" to make pasta!, If things go wrong, that why we pay the government "the system" we may drop. It's a shame.

I know many of you read that I can think I overdo it, in fact I'm probably doing, but it's my great indignation at some banks that do not fulfill their role and do not support the business and entrepreneurs, who do not have done in times that have made money in abundance, and when they should tighten their belts require that all money is "Where are those accrued benefits?!. If the 1000 million won last year and this loses 200, where is the problem? That is the risk of any business, you should respond with the prize money.
A few months ago at a dinner between friends, one of the guests, who does not reveal the name but I will say that is one of the most relevant among the first banks in the country, talking with me related to the sector technology entrepreneurs in half sneer, as "those guys from the internet," I said to my criticism "that is true, yes, we do not support technology initiatives of entrepreneurs in what?" despite being one of the first banks in the country, but "not doing so bad with this policy as they have had a profit of billions of euros".
For these same types, those who go well for life and work do not recognize any obligation to society and the business that gives them to live, are those now, for reassurance, with the puppet of the makeup operations ICO, with interventions and direct injections of money we will save your ass.
Vivir para ver.

Internet People
I am planning my time. That's for my increasingly important, because I have spent months that I feel that "get" things. There are people that do not mind, I feel stress and anxiety somewhat.
One of the things I want to organize, and password with my email, is to organize this blog.
I'm doing a planing want to force me to respect. In such roadmaps days leave as soft on Mondays and Fridays, we all head to complicate less. That is why on Monday he had thought to devote to issues of press clipping and a little self-aggrandizement as well as I'll explain soon begin collaborating with a media and on Friday as he had done to videos and ads that I find funny and / or creative. Thus on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will try to post topics denser on training, business, domains, launch, SEO, investments, webmasters and so on.
Today I wanted to keep the link to take advantage of one of several interviews he did last week. This, I found it original and fun for 2 reasons, first because he was chatting via Facebook, never had.
The second because they were the usual questions and talk a little of everything, I spent a good while, and I hope Leandro, author of the interview also.

Yes.fm, the application for Iphone and Ipod Yes.fm already App.Store
We already have online application for Iphone Yes.fm and I must say that I am particularly happy with it.
The application was submitted as an unofficial yesterday morning to some means building a wine tasting and music Vinarium to go I could not have it planned despite
as to vary I ever reached a meeting in the office. Then in the taste of music came via iPhone since the implementation of Yes.
I think this is a very special application is very poorly developed and although I say it myself, I think the level of development is great, so what I say because I'm worth it! ![]()
It is not just a credit to the team Yes, they also want to thank the developers, to Mihail and boys of Termite Entertaiment the meticulous work and the fabulous application integration with our API.
There have been many more months of the regulars in the development of an application like this, but I think we also made more complex than usual and that gives the user more options. To me, all developments will make me long eternal, but This time I'm literally convinced that the result is great.
Frédéric Terrien, CEO of Yes.fm, knows I am very critical of everything and I like being it, so I do not believe should finish my degree of satisfaction with this application.

Of course this is only version 1.0 that came yesterday to the App Store. We're already thinking about new versions and getting valuable feedbacks and suggestions of friends and ideas that we will surely reach users through Facebook, MySpace, App Store, Tuenti, by email from the web and Twitter . The key is to listen.
I want to show the application captures and the features we have thought. I hope you enjoy and that you have you iPhone or iPod Touch to test it descarguéis; works with Wifi and 3G. It is important also to announce that the real power is achieved by having an account on Yes, but even without having it and open it from anonymous session without web or application, you can listen to dozens and dozens, dare I say hundreds of playlist prepared by our Djs .
The application can be downloaded free for "yes.fm" in the App Store beginning today. Once downloaded I've logged into my account, if you have a can do but also you can create an own from this application.
I have several options to enter as search by artist name, my favorite music (saved in my account Yes, but since the application may also add to shortlist any topic), my collection of playlist, the last thing I hear is saved automatically , hear music by genre (thematic playlist chillout, Spanish, indie, pop, rock, festivals ... all made by our editorial team of DJs and new playlist that are added every day), and tops for year one of my favorite choices , the best songs of each year, you can choose the best in Spain or international lists, according to Billboard and other sources.

I decided to listen to one of my playlist, notably a Spanish music. This is a snapshot of the player. While the music sounds will measure the progression of the song, it shows the album cover to which it belongs, you can stop the music, add it to favorites, go to the next or previous to your playlist and even read the lyrics of the song is ringing.

I manage my favorites and access them by several criteria, Artist, Albums, Songs and save playlist of my favorite friends. Everything you add to bookmarks via iPhone / iTouch or through the web on my account, will be available in the application.

If you do not want to create your own playlist and you want to access the playlist special moments and topics for concrete developed by the team Yes.fm (eg children's music for a birthday), you can. These are some of the major categories, but within each there are dozens and dozens of long-term playlist so you have hundreds of streams music at your disposal is just one click. For example I am now listening to one of "Madrid nightlife," but "pá taste colors. ![]()

This is the option previously commented, with whom I can hear the Billboard tops worldwide since the year 60 or the top of music in Spain that year. In my option, I especially like is, you can search what sounded 5 or 10 years ago. I always remember I had almost forgotten songs and they bring me good memories:

If you want to search by a particular artist can also do, for example I'm looking for "The Killers" and what I get is his whole discography and possibility with my premium account to listen to any song released by these artists to the letter, or does not select one in particular can decide to hear the "radius of The Killers" with songs by themselves and other artists.

If while listening to any song you want your karaoke Montarto particular can do that
... For it in the upper right side of the player can see a band in blue "view letter" simply click on it with your finger ...

... And watch the lyrics of the song and you can follow it overlaps and scrolling with your finger while the music plays. It is a chulada!

Well, there are many more options, and I'm not going to review all ... but as you see in this post I am delighted with the application and I would love to try it. The idea is that development is not dead but gradually get better with input from users and new options to be integrating into the API Yes.fm.
Update: In Applesfera (extremely fast!) And talk about implementation: Yes.fm already on the iPhone; inprescindible for music lovers
Update 2: It is getting more and more people:

Factors that determine the value of a link
The links are on the internet "gasoline" and are essential for a good positioning of a web project.
But like all links are worth?
The answer is a resounding NO, the value of a link depends on many factors. As the main success factor of positioning and web for years can not think only in quantity (brute force) but also in quality (selection).
In-house led some months studying in more detail the "power" that provides a link to websites. I spent a long time-possibly too-to analyze and measure results and I have studied dozens of reports of experts in positioning, mainly Americans, to reach some conclusions that I share here.
Disclaimer: My intention is not to create any kind of debate, much less speak ex cathedra, that is simply to believe and think maybe just because it has taken me months of reading, analysis and tested more than 30 domains, this information may be useful to others. I realize that some people may not agree with these conclusions.
I have no doubt that some of the things listed can become my own misperceptions, and especially when he spends time with increasing age. The SEO should be interpreted as a progression, a "great equalizer" in stereo, where the disc jockey, who lives in California, every month button adjusts a bit to be playing different music. That is, the relative value that can provide these data, we must relativize Irlo over time. What today, tomorrow can be worth far less influence.
Each incoming link goes to a different value to our website. This value is usually positive, but may be neutral or even negative. This varies tremendously positive value, the value to pass a bond is so different from each other links that becomes where to find the key play to provide the most value .

These are some of the key factors, some being very familiar and perhaps less common:
Anchor text:
What is anchor text?. The Anchor Text is the underlined text comprising the link. It's a key for the search engines linking the site linked in a particular semantic channel. This is one of the most influential factors in the value of a link, which provides for the positioning of the index by keyword. This is a well known and obvious but no less important. In fact using the anchor and alter it correctly is very important.
Besides being a good tool if used well, misuse may damage positioning a particular word. If you see a significant amount of quality links to a web with several different words, this does not harm and provides "value" to the site, but could make you lose relevance and weight in a specific search and therefore positions in the main word. That is, if your site is about movies, and the majority of incoming links say "cinema" and begins to have many others who say "movies" being both in number and quality, the negative effect can be lost in the pursuit Rank "cinema" to have generated a noise that Google is not clear to position yourself where, if in either search. Personally I prefer to be top3 on a quest before top 7-10 with 2 searches different.
Age of link:
The older links unevenly. I became concerned that there is a wear factor on the links, that a fixed link will eventually "expire" or diluting value. We could not ascertain whether this is and we did test with links in our network since 1.999. They seem to continue as active as the first day. What if we found is that old pages that still grow (still receiving regular links) have a much higher weight to pages that are being left orphaned and had a significance that becomes diluted over time. It is something like the reserve wines, if the page continues to receive links are more valuable and that "over time" improves outcome.
This is particularly interesting looking blogs vs. conventional portals, as for the organization of WordPress and other CMS in blog format the contents are rearranged in chronological order and that, to no longer receive incoming links that post regularly, leads to the links to aging than other portals within a medium of more than 2-3 years away. In horizontal portals for your architecture, often thematic and structural (and non-chronological), you may still receive timeless way inbound links even without content update. For those who like blogs and web sites we develop, is an interesting factor to consider when making decisions. In fact, to open a new project is an issue we should discuss now.
Type of links:
There are variations that make a difference. Many times I thought the answer was obvious and I have finally decided to check if so would not trust my instincts or what is supposed to read and socially (in that I have brought many surprises).
For example: Is it better to have a contextual link, linking an image with an ALT attribute? After several tests I have concluded that a link works and spends a lot more value being textual in an image even if it is linked using the ALT attribute .
The most curious of our testing is no longer that, that might be expected, but we have found differences in perception of Google's images with the ALT attribute. If the image is small type icon, or median, apparently functions less and less valuable the link, an image of larger dimensions. It is as if scales had 2 different sizes and they bring different values. That means that at least for linking to images we have seen the range of size does matter.
I have read-and it sounds logical, but I have not checked but I'm at it (have to wait a while yet, if anyone is interested in the outcome that I am putting it in comments and I'll let you know) that some sizes image not pass link value, it would be most common sizes of banners, especially the 125 × 125, 300 × 250 728 × 90 and 468 × 60.
Bulk linking:
I call it serial link. I'm not saying that these links (which all use mostly) have no value (is not all that bad, sum, to a greater or lesser extent but short), but if we believe there is a huge difference in what can be detected and treated as a link in series and what is not.
If your site has 1,000 pages indexed and the menu is a fixed link, the individual value of these links is far below the potential they could have individually ability to pass each of the pages. That is, in my view for the tests I've done, it is possible that in some specific cases, they even spend more value with a single link from your page more capacity if it has many outgoing links (selective vs brute force), which if it included a link on that page and many more of the same site the same way and form.
A link in series in all htmls a portal indicates that "there is no unique value," which could be interpreted by the browser as it may be a network, exchanging links, purchasing links etc. with what is valued to a lesser extent.
Relevance verbatim:
The significance of the text accompanying the link (text near the source code, not to be confused with the Anchor Text) has a medium importance, but I have in mind. This is a factor in the future value of the links and going more with what we may think that in 1 year may have much more weight on the value of the links now. One of the latest Google patent called "Extensive testing" focuses on interpreting the significance of the text near the semantics and synonyms vs. actual content of your site and anchor text. Obviously Google has researched and patented ... to use and improve the classification and value of the bonds following the same semantic context.
Location:
For me an important factor mean, most people do not value and that is increasingly weight is the location of links within the html.
I think a link-type in the footer and / or blogroll if we speak of a blog has lost much weight on the value that could be transported that link. The maximum value is in the body of content, between sentences and a minimum distance from the next and previous link.
The footer, the menus of a site, the blogroll performed considerably worse than a good text link anchor text with a right, in a paper with a thematic relevance for our content.
MSN documented in a study such as different validates the footer links to the rest of the web links. It is a logical evolution, location is key in trying to flee the footer, the blogroll, the menus and text links not followed through.
There is a trick to put the footer above the entire source code, but that, if a list of links, in my opinion will not solve the problem.
Reciprocity:
For years I have seen an intense debate whether a link exchange was valid or not for positioning, I've heard all kinds of opinions. Those who know me know that I like to exchange links, even if they are within the same thematic and generally recognize that in those cases applies even to have less value than a one-way link. What if we can ascertain, is that if the site of reciprocal links are located is a footer, blogroll or in a menu even though relevant to the same theme will be worth little to Google.
The basis for a linking strategy should not be sharing with similar themed sites. You need inbound links without reciprocal if looking results.
Link exchange that is of the same subject matter is important, but my perception is that it works worse than 2-3 years ago. Some studies claim that fall by up to 50% less power.

Determine the target:
It is increasingly important to distribute the incoming links as possible. A link to your homepage is very valid and distributes that value to the website, but much more valid is to have balanced the number of incoming links to internal (main sections linked directly) than your homepage.
If a site A and one B on equal terms, linking one to my home page (www.dominio.com) and another at a section (www.dominio.com / section) found that the value is distributed and provides a greater Internal Link direct measure. That is, the key may be to find a high number of incoming links directly to key distribution points inside. If the content is good maybe the links to your root will come alone, you could focus on the inmates.
Authority:
Possibly this is different from the authority of the main pages of internal and links can not be rated equally. In any case the internal page directly (and not just the domain) seems to have many inbound links boost the effect of the link.
Total links in a page:
Google says it only reads 100 links in html. Is that true?. I will not be anything to discuss Google, but I think a "standard" relative. We have high authority websites with assuming that achieve and distribute more than 100 links per page and see how Google's PageRank read and send no problem. This would mean, which is usually the case, a limit of 100, but with exceptions depending on the size of the page.
Number of Outbound links:
It is a truism that the number of outgoing links, divides the received quality of a link. You're good you will get a PR6 or PR7 link if it targets 20 to 30 external sites besides yours. It is quite common to buy PR7 links on pages that sell links to dozens of simultaneous web is not a good idea to make these purchases are a risk, sometimes by theme, language, and location are very obvious to detect and if not detected, the highest number of outbound links and the monthly rotation makes them contribute little.
Inbound Links in a single domain:
They are especially valuable and necessary in a proper web architecture levels, but far less valuable than external. What seems a tendency to avoid penalty, is that it is "natural" ratio of internal vs. external links, there must be proportionality.
Domain Age:
Whenever I see that in the age of talking about the domain registration date. Even domainers selling "valuable domains," since their first record is from the 90s. I do not agree, the old is VERY important. But this "old" does not mark the date of registration. What determines the age of a domain is the date of first reading of the browser, so domains parked old who for years have no value. But if your domain is with the same thematic content indexed since 1995 - 1999, these links are real gold. For me it is clear that one of these links being equal, is far more valuable than one from a similar web theoretically much younger.
Relevance in the outgoing links:
The links must have a certain thematic consistency. If a car web site links a web of music, one of games, crafts etc. and one of a dozen topics so it is possible that the relative value of bonds decreases. Similarly in the same html accompany your link other questionable content, such as those relating to casinos, viagra, adult, or are in a different language than yours, or are somehow penalized directly, affects the rest of html links, and therefore affect the value of this link to your website. This is one of the fundamental reasons why I do not like buying links, you can not control these factors, which, while not negative, neutral, and you might be paying them and not with this in mind.
Page type:
In recent times it is speculated that the bonds in. Pdf are beginning to have greater weight and value than bonds. Html or php. It's a rumor that if true (we're testing it in a few months we will know something, say so, if anyone wants to know the outcome of the tests, which leave it in comments and the findings have him send an email) will there is a SPAM in such huge file next year and consequently, reduce or eliminate that advantage, and even medium-long term but may become punishable at least neutral.
TLDs:
Are assumed. Gov or. Edu are able to transmit much more value. That seems to be a standard that is largely agrees. Being thus limits the navel of the world USA and it is not fair. What seems to be clear is that the "trick" to force inbound links to your site from the pages of some American universities servers with urls. Edu in the end are personal pages of students, no longer works. No more bargain for those who explored it for months and years. Although few Spanish tried it.
What if we found a very interesting effect of using inbound links from Country TLDs. A few months ago Google.es solve the positioning of a domain based on links from this domain. Is.

By the way, we prepare a coming out party for early-mid April.

Made in Turquía” ahora, majetes) .
