The importance of communicating in startup, reflection of EBE

The ideas, projects and entrepreneurs must realize something that is more important than you think, should learn to communicate.

SMMART:

Widgatget:

This company met her long ago and it was an interesting and promising initiative. In fact just yesterday I met Isabel Sabadia at the offices of Yes.fm because we are seeing our Widgets developments for the project Yes.

The idea is to bring music widgets and blogs, and users can share their own playlist, so as to see the possibilities of developing desktop alerts to put a player on the desktop of users.

Covering stages: 2008 Goal met

I like to discuss the evolution of Entertainment Networks because our company is younger and I have invested much time and money on it, and believe in its future. At the end of 2008 my idea is to detach a little from day to day and more delegating my team and focus on new projects to prepare.

Soon our network of blogs will grow laterally and I will have some interesting things to announce, rather than adding new blogs, but new approaches and possibly two subnets we release in the field of microcontent to accompany it with other very different approaches and entry of new partners and new approaches within them.

Commenting on the September data for the first time ahead was doubly pleased , first because the growth was very broad and was being held, and secondly because these almost 2 years he had been holding a monthly loss on a personal level were beginning to bear off and in September we had our first operating profit.

I can now announce that we had been working as these benefits rose by 100% compared to September based on the agreements over the medium and long term that we have signed with several companies and the growth of our traffic and advertising revenue.

Frankly I had no economic purpose in 2008, in fact, the initial approach was to keep growing even if a non-sustained in terms of profit and rentabilizaríamos and in 2009 .... I fear that Nielsen / OJD, soon will draw data, not collected even these 3 million users by the small differential and because even manage 2 blogs is not included in the panel (including this month) and there is likely to formalize 3 million next month.

Do many or few? Well, I must say that when July 1 reached 2,000,000 users thought that in three months the growth rate allowed us to reach this figure as fast, in fact the goal seemed ambitious December 2008 (on my computer some I believed impossible. Well actually I think nobody thought likely .)

The reality is that in 1 year and 10 months we have put together 3 million people around the blogs of Leisure, and agencies, advertisers, partners, in even some investors and companies interests in internet media with what they see and begin to pay much more attention, but there is still much work to do and there are a lot of improving some of our publications in its editorial quality and better position. We will also have two strong challenges in the coming months of launching two new projects from Leisure Networks.

At first keep the goals for 2009 that I discussed on occasion of 6,000,000 users and 15 million million page views, but it is possible and I argue that we have to think upward to review next month if we this rate of growth, I think that is healthy and that the aim should be to motivate more ambitious.
