The sale of pisos.com and pisos.net or as the migration starts from paper to Internet
Last week have commented Domisfera, Sergio neckline and Carlos Blanco has been sold and pisos.com pisos.net 400,000 €
The buyer of pisos.com is Vocento, which has disbursed € 250,000 in a very good buy. Pisos.net has been acquired by Anuntis, for € 150,000 through the platform of Sedo
Both purchases seem very reasonable for online publishing companies, but what is most interesting about this move for me is that coincides Casula ¿? with the closure on the part of anuntis of the Segundamano.
Why, has closed the Second?
In my opinion, no, in Internet forums and blogs talking about some closure, I think we should view it as a logical evolution, as the top dance companies in Spain's publishing industry by betting 100% by a digital formula and more Dynamic, I bet they are the first in a list that in 2009-2010, and more with the crisis will be expanded.
I am not a catastrophist away thinking that the physical editing of publications, but whether it will in many cases. El Pais, El Mundo, newspapers, magazines quality coated fashion, photography ... always be there. But sure that migrate models 100% online hundreds of technical journals, with sales of 30,000 copies per month and senior advertising revenues in which the role is not supported, and of these, in Spain there are hundreds.
Some of those publishers, and I think in 2 very specific, have begun to migrate and are already aware that they do not know what to do, and for years have been disadvantaged and that its logical evolution is to buy nets blogs, with the know-how and those publications and in marches, which inject fuel and power after a phase of cohabitation parallel digital leave the physical environment and look to their advertisers, which is ultimately the key.
That will be another dance that has begun, despite the fact that even going to take months to see any significant operation in progress.

Because if we carried a couple of years with rumors and opinions that showed what is confirmed with these sales, and it seems that the crisis could lead to expedite certain transactions ...
I am willing to make a sacrifice and sell any of my domains by 100,000 euros if another publishing group wants to make the jump.
Undoubtedly, this is a clear example of the advancement of digital media, compared to those of paper.
This situation has been announcing for years, and little by little was happening, but ... we have come across the famous crisis, which in certain sectors has increased the migration of some means of paper to the network.
Hopefully we can benefit from this situation, those who already have spent considerable time on the network making our first steps, before the coming (soon we will have mass) of firms rooted in traditional media landing in the net.
Seize the advantage we have to compete in front of their computers and cash flow (if they still have to be sure-it-).
It remains to be seen whether this means they discover the Internet as a new means cheaper than the paper and that leads to a wider audience (obviously I do not mean anuntis, because it is industry-leading classifieds and the Internet should know a while) may, or may know, adapt to it and not wasted money.
As for domains, frankly, and a lot of crises that have been there ... cheap, cheap muuy.
And it is clear that they will leave media, magazines that were previously distributed for free in the city, relying on advertising alone, and that little by little are betting on digital journalism.
All media, not only in print, will have to adjust to a new market ... now we are just at the beginning of a process that will give a lot to talk about.
Segundamano with its online edition will be more than enough to cover the services that were contributing to society.

Well, it appears that the crisis of the sun makes real estate investors are betting on the "virtual sun" as a good option for investment.
I see ESED that was just to sell another generic domain empleo.net. I guess that the "crisis" in this case that would benefit your traffic / activity, ... you never know when and where you can be the ebusiness.
Greetings.
